Common reasons people write
- Bug report — include browser (Chrome / Safari / Firefox), the tool, file size, and a one-line repro.
- "Can you add a tool that does X?" — we ship improvements weekly and add new tools based on vote count. Tell us.
- Partnership / press — content sites, affiliate programs, integration requests. Use the partnership topic.
- Translation / localization — we currently ship English only; willing to expand if usage warrants.
- "Do you have an API?" — not yet. Behind a waitlist if you tell us your use case.
What we won't do
- Send your documents anywhere. All processing is in-browser.
