1. Acceptance
By using PDF Toolkit AI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
PDF Toolkit AI provides browser-based PDF tools for personal and commercial use. All processing happens client-side; we don't store or transmit your files.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PDF Toolkit AI to:
- Process PDFs that contain illegal content (CSAM, terrorist material, etc.).
- Remove watermarks from documents you don't own or have rights to modify.
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use automated scraping at a rate that degrades service for others.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that compressed PDFs will fit a specific size, that OCR will be 100% accurate, or that watermark removal will always succeed. Always keep originals.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Toolkit AI's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 for the free plan).
6. Intellectual property
The website, code, and design are © PDF Toolkit AI. The underlying libraries (pdf-lib, pdf.js, Tesseract.js) retain their respective open-source licenses (MIT / Apache 2.0).
7. Pro plan
Pro is billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account page. Refunds within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email (if you've signed up for an account).
